WINTER CAMPER CABINS

We offer a wide-range of year-round accommodations for as many as 1 person all the way to 35+. You can make reservations any time online, call us during business hours at 970-881-2450, or explore our site to learn more about Lodging, Camping, and Winter Camping.

Prices are based on 2 adults per unit; additional adults are $15 per person. Children 12 and under stay for free. (See our policies on minimum stay, cancellation, and things to keep in mind.)

Supply list for winter camping:

​

  • Warm down sleeping bag

  • Long-sleeved shirt

  • Long pants (fleece or wool)

  • Sweater (fleece or wool)

  • Long underwear (polypropylene)

  • Hiking boots or sturdy shoes

  • Socks (wool or synthetic)

  • Warm parka or jacket with hood

  • Stocking hat (fleece or wool)

  • Warm gloves

  • Matches or lighter

  • Sharp knife

  • All purpose tool

What we offer for winter campers:

Primitive Cabins

  • These can accommodate 2-12 people (pricing varies, starts at $42/night)

  • Each comes with a wood cook stove

  • They have no electric, or running water

  • We provide one bundle of firewood, additional firewood available for purchase. Downed wood for gathering is permitted

  • Depending on snow depth these may only be accessible through snow trails

  • Snowshoes or cross country skis may be needed

  • You will not be on your own. Our faculties are close by if you need a hot shower, water or nutrition

Back Country Camping

  • Up to two tents $25 per night. Additional tents $10 each

  • Firewood available for purchase. Downed wood for gathering is permitted

  • Depending on snow depth these may only be accessible through snow trails

  • Snowshoes or cross country skis may be needed

  • You will not be on your own. Our faculties are close by if you need a hot shower, water or nutrition

RV Camping
We have limited winter spaces available. Call us at 970-881-2450 us or reserve through our online reservation system. Guests are REQUIRED to have fully self-contained RV’s, we do not have hookups available.
