Sean and Susi Keating purchased Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch on July 12, 2023. Sean is a Colorado native and Susi moved to the US from Indonesia when she was 16 years old, becoming a US Citizen in 2018.

After working 33 years in hotels and the corporate world, they left General Manager jobs and created their own world, where they welcome guests as friends and associates as family.

It has been their dream to purchase a mountain ranch resort where they can enjoy the outdoors and retire someday. They found Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch, a hidden gem with four seasons of beauty, and fell in love with the property & the community.

The first time they visited the ranch, they were reminded of Psalm 23:6, “Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”

Their goal is to carry on the legacy of the property and the Weixelman family. The Keatings will continue to make Beaver Meadows Resort Ranch a place for families & loved ones creating wonderful memories of a lifetime.
