Condo One Moo:
(Maximum Occupancy 6) Condo 1 is all you will need to get away with your family. This is a one bedroom condo located on the east end of the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and a walk-in shower bathroom. There is a second full bath in the hall, full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, sunken living area with a queen sofa sleeper, and dining area with one set of twin-sized bunk beds built into a wall cubby (these are a child's favorite). This condo includes a flat screen TV, a queen sofa sleeper, a deck overlooking the ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River, and a wood burning fireplace.
Condo Two Aspen:
(Maximum Occupancy 8) Beaver Meadows condos provide the comfort of a home away from home, yet enhance the feeling of getting away from it all. Condo 2 is a two-level unit, located on the east end of the Marmot Building. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with a king-sized bed and a full bath on the main level. The second level also has a king-sized bed and a full bath. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the main living area and two kid-sized beds for added comfort. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. This condo includes a wood-burning fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play and a flat screen TV. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty.
Condo Four Angler:
(Maximum Occupancy 8) This condo has two levels with two bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and queen sofa sleeper with a suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a trundle bed and there is a second full bath upstairs. There’s also a queen sofa bed in the main living area. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware and is open to the living area. It also comes with a fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty.
Condo Five Vintage:
(Maximum Occupancy 7) This two-level, two bedroom condo is perfect for families who want to go on vacation, yet still have all the comforts of home. Situated in the middle of the building, both bedrooms and a full bath are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has one triple bunk beds. The main level has a living area and queen sofa sleeper, and is open to a full kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Half bath, dining area, flat screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace on the main level. Condo 5 is an easy walk from our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop.
Condo Six Farmhouse:
(Maximum Occupancy 7) This two-level, two bedroom condo is located in the middle of the building. With separate bedrooms, this condo is perfect for the family who needs to put small children to bed in different quiet spaces that can be closed off from the rest of the unit. Both bedrooms and a full bathroom are located upstairs. The master bedroom has its own private deck and a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has one triple bunk beds. The main level has a living area with a queen sofa sleeper, a half bath, full kitchen and dining area, flat screen TV, an additional deck overlooking ponds fed by the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River, and a wood burning fireplace. Condo 6 is an easy walk distance to our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop.
Condo Seven Meadows:
(Maximum Occupancy 4) With milled polished pine, this single level condo is located on the west end of the building. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite with double sinks and a walk-in shower. There is a second full bath in the hall with a shower and tub. A full kitchen and dining area opens to a drop down living room with a queen sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, deck overlooking our ponds and mountain meadow, and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has a standard refrigerator with freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Basic pots and pans and dishware are provided as well as all bedding and bath towels. Condo 7 is an easy walk to our Restaurant, Lounge, Pavilion and Gift Shop. *Room option to add rollaway bed, ask at check-in for pricing and availability*
Condo Eight Colorado:
(Maximum Occupancy 8) This Condo is a favorite of guests for its proximity to the Ranch House Restaurant and other activities. It boasts 2 levels of private quarters. The handmade rustic pine stair and loft railings are simply charming. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom. The second level offers a private unit with two queen-sized beds and full bathroom. The condo has a full kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. It also comes with a fireplace to relax and enjoy after a hard day of play. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping space. Each condo also has its own deck allowing you to sit back and take in all the surrounding beauty the North Fork of the Cache Le Poudre River has to offer.
